Erin, the founder
That girl that studied abroad in Italy and never shut up about it - Rome is STILL my favorite place in the world (that I’ve been to so far)
I grew up in a small town, and I always knew I needed to get out and see what else was going on in the world ASAP. After high school, I went to Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, where I got my first real taste of transformative adventure when I was accepted to the Rome study abroad program
That experience rocked my world and changed my life in more ways than one, as I’m sure you can imagine. Returning to Indiana was devastating, and I decided then that I’d find a way to make sure that trip to Italy wouldn’t be my last
Fast forward to now, and I’ve built a travel company that’s grown with me. I started out focusing on all inclusive resort getaways, I dabbled in theme parks, and I have planned COUNTLESS honeymoons across the globe
As an adult I’ve found out I have ADHD, I’m a big proponent of mental health and taking care of ourselves, and I am a firm ally of the LGBTIA+ community. Your love story is welcome here
This season of Fresh World Travel Co. brings with it girls trips with our travel club (like our trip to Greece in September 2025, it was incredible and YES that’s when I had this flying dress pic taken), more weddings in Italy than we know what to do with (I’m kidding, we love it!!! Keep them coming!) and best of all, the contentment that comes with doing work that I absolutely LOVE

Her fiancé is a triplet 😅
She is going to school to become a THERAPIST 👏
